Pictures capture moments. Experiences create memories.

Ewan Crosbie is a wildlife photographer working between the Scottish Highlands and Costa Rica.

His photography began on a trip to Canada to see brown and black bears, shooting on his father's camera with no real idea, at the time, how to use it.

2015A trip to Canada to photograph brown and black bears — the beginning, on a borrowed camera.
2016A first photography course, to learn properly what the camera in his hands could do.
2017A first trip to the Cairngorms for mountain hares — the start of a body of work he has returned to every winter since.
2020A first award — the beginning of recognition for work already years in the making.

Costa Rica
